About the Ffwrnes
Located in the heart of Llanelli town centre on Park Street,
The Ffwrnes is the town’s modern theatre and conference venue, bringing live performance, entertainment and events right into the centre of Llanelli.
Purpose-built in 2013, the striking venue features four versatile spaces. These include the main auditorium, which can seat up to 504 guests, and the more intimate Stiwdio Stepni, with space for up to 100 guests. Two additional flexible spaces are also available for meetings, conferences and events.
The Ffwrnes stands on the site of the former Stepney Hotel and replaced Llanelli’s original Theatr Elli, continuing the town’s long-standing connection with live performance and cultural activity.
Whether you’re visiting for a theatre production, comedy show, live music, family performance or special event, The Ffwrnes is one of Llanelli’s key cultural venues.

Tuesday to Friday: 10am – 3pm
Saturday: 10am – 2pm
