Visit Llanelli is an independent community website operated personally by Daniel Williams. In these terms, “Visit Llanelli”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Daniel Williams operating this website.
The website and its listings are provided free of charge. We are not affiliated with Carmarthenshire County Council or any other council or government body. Content is provided for general information, local interest and promotion of the area.
For questions, complaints or corrections, contact hello@visitllanelli.co.uk.
2. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep our information (including business listings and event calendars) accurate and up to date,
but we cannot guarantee that all details are correct, complete, or current.
Always check directly with businesses, venues, or organisers before making arrangements.
3. Third-Party Content & Listings
Our site includes business listings, event details, and other information provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of third-party content.
Inclusion of a listing, venue, attraction, or event does not imply endorsement or guarantee by Visit Llanelli.
4. Responsibility and Your Legal Rights
We take reasonable care with the website, but information can change or contain errors. Please confirm details with the relevant business or organiser before travelling, booking or spending money. Listings are not a guarantee of the quality or safety of a business, venue, activity or event.
Transactions you arrange with third parties are between you and that provider. Visit Llanelli is not a party to those transactions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory rights. Our responsibility for any loss or damage will be determined by applicable law.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All original content on this site is owned by Visit Llanelli unless otherwise stated.
Some images, information, and resources may be provided by third parties to support promotion of the local area.
Some content is provided by third parties; please refer to their own copyright notices where applicable.
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at
hello@visitllanelli.co.uk and we will review the request and, where appropriate,
remove the material without delay.
6. External Links
Our website may include links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content,
availability, or practices of these sites. Use them at your own discretion.
7. Business and Event Listings
Business and event suggestions are currently accepted by email and reviewed manually before publication. No website account is needed to send a suggestion. Please identify which details are intended for public display and keep your private submitter contact information separate. Private submitter contact details are not published unless you specifically authorise it. The standalone community posting feature and newsletter sign-up are closed. Existing ordinary articles, directory listings and event information remain available.
We reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove any business or event listing at our sole discretion,
including where we believe it breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Grounds for removal may include (but are not limited to):
- Misleading or inaccurate information
- Suspected scams or unsafe activity
- Content we reasonably feel does not align with the Visit Llanelli community standards
Listings are free. We do not guarantee publication, a particular position in the directory, visitor numbers or enquiries. You can request a correction or review of a listing decision by emailing hello@visitllanelli.co.uk.
8. Website Closure
Visit Llanelli is a personally run, free project. Personal circumstances, maintenance or other practical reasons may mean that we need to pause or close it. We will aim to give notice where reasonably practical. Any closure remains subject to applicable law and our responsibilities for personal information.
9. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the website by uploading or distributing unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.
We reserve the right to edit or remove content submitted to the website that we consider inappropriate,
unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.
Any attempt to disrupt or interfere with the proper working of the site may result in restricted access.
10. Free Service
We do not charge for access to Visit Llanelli, business listings, event listings or other services offered by this website. There are no paid listing plans or recurring subscription payments to Visit Llanelli.
Businesses, venues and event organisers listed here may charge for their own products, admission or services. Their prices and terms are separate from Visit Llanelli. Please check directly with the provider.
11. Event Disclaimer

event information or that events will take place as described.
Please confirm directly with organisers before attending or making arrangements.
12. Limitation of Access
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to deal with misuse, a breach of these terms, security concerns or technical maintenance. If you believe a restriction is a mistake, contact hello@visitllanelli.co.uk and ask us to review it. This does not limit your legal rights.
13. Blog Content and Guest Contributions
Blog posts and articles published on visitllanelli.co.uk are either original works created by Visit Llanelli or

15. Advertising and Sponsorship
From time to time, our website may include sponsored content, advertisements, or affiliate links.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the
website indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
20. Governing Law
