Be respectful

Opinions are welcome, but please avoid sharing false or misleading information or presenting opinions as fact.

Business reviews

Where reviews are available, they must describe a genuine experience. Fake reviews, reviews posted under a false identity, undisclosed paid or incentivised reviews, and attempts to manipulate ratings are not allowed. Disclose any free product, payment, employment or other material connection. Genuine, relevant and lawful criticism is welcome; a review should not be removed simply because it is negative. Please report suspected fake reviews with the page link and your reasons so we can investigate.

Moderation

Comments and directory reviews may be checked, withheld or removed where they breach this policy, infringe rights or create a safety risk. Moderation is not continuous, and publication is not a guarantee that a contribution has been verified. We aim to apply the same standards to favourable and critical contributions. Use the reporting and review process below if you disagree with a decision.

Report a comment or request a review

Daniel Williams will review reports and take appropriate action. If your comment is removed or your access is restricted and you think the decision is a mistake, use the same email address to request a review, explaining why. Reports are not monitored continuously; if someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
